With our efficient Door-to-Door service concept supported by a modern fleet we aim to reach and maintain pole position as the most progressive Container line service provider in the Baltic Sea and Mediterranean area. Our Management System covers both Quality Management (ISO 9001:2008) and Environmental Management  (ISO14001:2004) systems requirements.

Customer demand is the driving force in our service which begins from customer expectations and ends with customer experience. It is our duty and responsibility to act according to those expectations and reach them at all levels and in every link of the chain. Integrated management of environmental and quality aspects is our way to ensure excellence in our service performance so that customer expectations are fulfilled.

A four step Operations Policy statement constitutes a guideline for our activities to improve our performance. For us the most important issues are:

  • Upkeep and Improve Customer and Stakeholder satisfaction
  • Keep our Service Reliable and Cost-efficient
  • Identify Environmental aspects and impacts of our service and continuously improve our operations to reduce emissions and prevent pollution
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements and regulations

We are constantly improving our Service quality giving more efficient and reliable service to our customers. We are also actively evaluating the Environmental impacts which our operations create and focusing on development actions to reduce these impacts. Our special focus is on reducing emissions to air during the delivery chain.
