Please be informed that Containerships will apply a winter surcharge of EURO 75 per TEU to all shipments to & from St. Petersburg as from 1st of December 2011.

The winter surcharge is expected to be valid until 30.04.2012 but is subject to extension depending on ice situation in the Gulf of Finland.

Depending on coming winter weather conditions Containerships reserve itself the right to extend the surcharge to shipments to/from Finland as well as Baltic ports.

A separate announcement will be issued if so needed.
